I have an ISCG MRP G2 chain guide off my old frame and my new frame has ISCG-05 fitment.
How well do BB adapters work?? or should i just flog the one i have and buy the perfect fit.
I also need a to buy a new BB.. this is a Euro 73mm.
Any recommendations on a BB or help much appreciated.
