Thomson elite stem. Steerer clears the lower bolt but the top of the steerer is level with the centre of the top bolt....
Or... would it be better to buy a lower height headset if so which one (currently King).

be ok IMHO but dont over tighten top one and regularily check it
Mine is a little bit higher but much the same and been fine for ages now.

Ah yes. If you overtighten the top one it'll loosen the lower one. Not good.
