Hi guys,

I installed a new 10 speed setup on my on-one 456, but when im on the biggest cog on the cassette, the chain literally just drops off the top of the chainring at the front.
I have attached an image below to show how the chain bends, im no mechanic, so I was hoping somebody on here might be able to give me some advice on how to sort the issue out?

I tried to fix this, by removing the bottom bracket spacers (which are going to have to go back on) and this didn't help at all.
Its literally driving me nuts, I was hoping to keep things as light as possible and didn't particularly want to use a chain guide, but would this solve the issue? If so, which guide would do the job cheaply?

Any help is hugely appreciated!

You need something on the inside of the chainring to stop it dropping like an nGear Jump stop from Billys

Are you using a tall tooth single speed ring?

Geary rings are designed to allow the chain to pop off... Try a one speed ring... Renthal are nice.
