IS-Post Mount Adaptors

I have a set of XTR brakes with IS mounts but my new Fox forks are post mount. Can anyone recommend an adaptor - my LBS said it cant be done with Shimano?

I know I'll be needing a 180mm disc instead of the current 160.

Shimano do this mount:

Which means you would have to get a 170mm rotor.

I'm in the sam eboat and need an adaptor to get up to 203mm and i think only A2Z make them.

170mm rotor? Not seen that size before. Hope only do 160 or 180 though....I'm running Hope floating rotors with my XTR brakes.
