Anyone used them of late, never have good hit rate with them. Mainly the weeks of waiting without any goods and no comms from them! to find they never had it in stock when it said it was in stock! Maybe give them a third chance? just wanting a few bits
I got a bike from them a couple of weeks ago. Comms are crap, and dispatch times could be better given the amount being spent. I'd never use them again if I could get the product elsewhere at the same price. If they are cheaper and you can afford to gamble on dispatch times then go for it.
Got a helmet from them recently. Opted for the free delivery service. Dispatched in about 3 days, arrived by 48 hour courier service. I got an email on dispatch and a text to confirm 1 hour delivery slot. Oh and the helmet was cheaper than anywhere else too.

Ordered plenty of stuff from them mail order over the last few months. No worries at all. 🙂
Checked out stock on line for some knee pads,said they had two in stock,drove to shop,unapolagetic kid behind counter shrugs and says you can't rely on the website,we might have some at the wharehouse,i might be able to get them for wednesday.I left at this point vowing never to return,orded them from crc,they arrived the next day.Just remembered,i once had to wait 30mins to pay for something in the shop because"the tills are on line and are on a go slow today".Getting furious just thinking about their crap service
