I seem to have lost my Four4th 'Scorch'.
Any suggested alternatives that are similar ie = under £150 with integral battery,
any recommendations as to what is out there gratefully received.
Not sure about scorch, but I got a 2nd hand (wish you could still get them) Lezyne Mega Drive. That has removable, rechargeable batteries. Might see if I can order another couple of spares. They do take about 5 hours to fast charge, or 10 on slow charge... last 1.5 hours on full blast which is about as bright as a car headlight. Much longer on not full power, but I like to see where I'm going on dark country lanes.
Not sure what the later ones are like, having a spare battery or two that you can just chuck in when your current one runs out/low is amazing, if you want to extend your ride.
I guess this is its replacement. I'm sure mine allegedly does 1200 lumens.
