I mean, are thing just not selling a well as they did?
Is everyone that skint? I don't have oddles of cash to splash, but even so..
Been watching Prophets on ebay for a while, and there been a couple that have come up time and time again (getting very cheap now), then I thought for a change I'd check out what Orange 5's are going.. latest completed advert was this one:

No one went above £650, when the cheapest available new is £1900 new for a lot lower spec.. wish I lived nearer to him to ask for a look see and make a deal...

Actually went to a mate of mine for £1050 outside the auction. It seems not many folk want to pay the 10% ebay fees!

I've found Ebay to be quite good at the mo actually. A lot of stuff is going abroad though, which is fine by me. I get the cash I want they get a deal due to the exchange rate.

I've sold shed loads of stuff in the last month on there, always got what I expected for the item, though they have all been fairly low value.

i was watching a cannondale that was over priced and when I've contacted them later after no one had bid and it had closed to do a deal they have tried to enter me into an off line auction. clearly i'm not gonna do that & it reappeared a few days later lower than the supposed other person was willing to spend.

Talking on Orange Five's on eBay, this one is intriguing me...

Nobody is buying but I wondered what would be reasonable?

Saw a couple of Hemlocks 'sold' to other bidders in exactly the same area...no real bidders it seemed at what I thought were low prices.

SEROIUS ! i have sold on ebay for over 6 years and it is slow as shit lately .

Unless you have a BLING part directed at the people who have and still have cash - its a loser.

Selling a set of tyres or a set of pedals is hit and miss, a regular bike that is still selling in shops as a CLOSE OUT model and you paid full whack , then are looking a above average price is a fail too , but it seems if you list a boutique bike frame it will still get the attention.

Also the US$ to UKpound (i have no pound signs on an Australian keyboard) to AU$ has changed massively lately , that affects it hard too.
