I had a big OTB crash while racing on Sunday and part of the my bike (saddle I think) hit me in the lower back/ kidney area. I been to get it checked and it seems it's just bruising.
I went out for a 1.5hr ride last night with the help of Ibuprofen and all was fine. This morning though the area is very painful especially when I twist and bend. I have a planned turbo session tonight which I want to do but will I do any longer lasting damage?
So, I'm guessing this is a common injury, but what have fellow STW'ers done when experiencing this? Quite happy to MTFU if it doesn't matter.
Injury hurts.
Exercising hurts injury.
No want hurts.
Don't exercise.
Hurts stop.
Resume exercise.
Just so some mild stretches and rest it out until you dont need pain killer would be my recommendation.
