i guess after a few days it will be on freecaster without the need for the magic code

just like the pay per view stuff on sky is a week after its first goes out

still feeling a bit of a tight arse ๐Ÿ™‚

Calling themselves Freecaster is rather extracting the urine.

It's because uci changed there broadcasting rights and charged everyone for any footage, so god knows how much they would have charged for for full coverage

Bloody stupid idea. Even a lot of mountain bikers don't bother watching mountain bike races, so where do they think their revenue is going to come from? I certainly wouldn't pay for it.

Ah well you can see Hill's winning run anyway. http://freecaster.tv/mtb/1012935/sam-hill-and-stevie-smith-head-to-head
Looks like he wouldn't have won but for Smith slipping out near the end.

i watched it live at a friends house, he's got a big telly and a reliable fast connection.

a crowd, some food, some beer, a sweepstake, some cheering.

twas good.

and another British world champion!

I paid good and early and got it really cheap. Got to say the 4X was worth the money all on it's own. The Downhill was good but not the best race of the year because of the weather.
