Broadband gone a bit weird - cant get to google but BBC and this site OK
Anyone else having problems?

Yeah it's fine, try going to 74.125.127.106 (it's IP address), if that works then either your name resolution is borked or your ISP's DNS has a problem.

Yep, sounds like a DNS problem.
I've found it much more reliable using OpenDNS (208.67.222.222 & 208.67.220.220) than ISP provided DNS servers.

Also, Google themselves offer a public DNS.
