WGAS probably not Planet X- On One they will sell stuff regardless of what the minority on here state as fact.

Pretty smart move, OO now maybe have a bike manufacturer, an actual facility to manufacture stuff, makes a pretty damn good argument instead of letting Lynskey or Van Nicholarse manufacture the frames.

I don't know if their carbon stuff is made in house but its old technology anyway and if they switch to the far eastern folks to keep costs down I'm thinking many folk are going to complain no matter how they hype up and sugar coat the product

I think Brant will probably get the guy in who he collaborated with nukeproofs, to figure out the fine tuning and our spring rate is the best out there mumbo jumbo

How THE TINY uk market compares to the US is something probably the owner of OO has a clue about but I reckon they will sell stuff by the bucketload in the US if the price is right and the quality isn't bad
Personally TITUS only flaw for me was the price,

When It comes down to making money the duo ain't bad

Pity it's at the expense of the quality of the product.

Can someone post the twitter message? Can't access at work.

I was/am very very happy with my mmmbop, shame if the brand disappears, I was strongly considering buying the F/sus when it materialised as I get on with my hardtail so well.

Ref all the comments about Stevo, hope he's still there, after all there is a lot of Design work there now with the new brand - & On One still needs new and developed product. Stevo did a very good job with the new carbon bikes, swapout systems and helping to improve the way in which you can buy / spec bikes from On-One

I haven't seen much difference in the time he has been gone, not much of a business model to be out of pretty much everything made of metal for months at a time, that didn't change.

I'm chuffed to bits my Inbred is versatile and has rack mounts. They do no harm afterall and now i can add some gears and a seat for the lad until he's old enough to ride his own bike. Perfect. No quality complaints either.

I would have thought Stevo is still there. Brant through his design company will only be doing Titus from what I read in that press release.

If Ragley don't do that full susser they were prototyping there is a nice gap for a UK style suspension bike for razzing in the woods. In fact, there's a gap for that anyway.

In what respect? Being shat on by On-One?

I assume proceedings for constructive dismissal will follow, so best keep it quiet.

Now the O-O marketing machine whirrs into life.

Unless the injured party would rather have this out in court?

They all do Inc Ragley. I imagine Crc/hotlines will just employ another frame designer.

Never had a quality problem on any of my four PX/on-one frames.
The crew in sheffield are a good bunch, trying to earn a crust in a difficult market. I would rather give my money to them as they do try out new and brave ideas and sometimes come up with a product that is unique and fantastic (mary bars anyone?).

LOL. it was around 4 months ago when i put up a topic THE REAL TROOF, and i told everyone on here about the problems with Ragley as a company and all the reasons as to why the frames were never arriving, and the crap Tiawanese factory they were being made in, and guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You all slapped me down saying ohh no im talking rubbish, i dont know what im on about. im talking crap, well look who's laughing now HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Ragley = COWBOY COMPANY.
Also Brant has known about QC issues ever since they were born and has never done anything about changing factories, so yes he is to blame too.
I also will never give him a penny of my money or a company he works for.

Well I bought my 20" Inbred 456 just as Brant was leaving On-One. From a quality point of view it was fine. The BB was faced but it was so close that it didn't make any difference. The Head Tube is short but I just put spacers in and Got a 22 Deg short stem. Problem solved. The bike went together really well and I've had no quality issues since. The geometry doesn't suit me but that's my fault and although the back end was stiff its no worse than any other ally frame I've had. Now it seemed to me at the time that a lot of Inbred owners thought that the Ragley was the bike that they should of bought. I think they got a little caught up in the Hype etc. All of a sudden the Inbred was pants and the blue pig was the Bee's Knee's. On the plus side will the second hand values of Brant designed Inbred's go up in value? I need a 21" Scandal with the old steeper geometry.

Infact no ill tell you who brant richards is.... he is the guy that has ignored people and people that has spent hundreds of pounds buying ragley bike frames that has told him of problems and qc issues, brant is the person who gives zero customer satisfaction, brant is the guy who does'nt give a **** about people being strandard with a knackered frame, brant is the person who defends ragley when he knows there is massive problems, brant is the person who lies to you telling you ther is not qc issues, brant is the person who will not listen to his customers or the people that ride his bikes, and brant is also the person who is stuck so far up his own arse he stinks of fu**ing shit.... THATS WHO BRANT IS GUYS.

Shame. My Mk1 Bluepig has been fine from a QC point of view, the paints good and hasnt chipped anywhere and the seatpost fits fine. Same for a mates 18 'pig.

I just think he bit off more than he could chew and expanded the range too much.

Are you 12? The way I see it:

(1) The company is CRC (and their subsidiary Hotlines).
Ragley is one of their brands.

(2) Brant has done quite a lot of design work for CRC's Ragley brand and some of their other brands.

(3) CRC and/or Hotlines QC procedures might not be quite what they should be, resulting in a fair few people getting a bit annoyed. Fair play but don't vent your anger on THE DESIGNER.

(4) Brant announces that he is to work for a different company, at which point a load of negative so-and-so's on an internet forum swear that whoever he works for, they'll never buy a bike DESIGNED by him because of past quality issues of the brands he worked for... . More fool the negative so-and-so's I say... he's one of the best and most forward thinking bike designers out there.
