The headphone jack in my beloved ipod has half died - only playing sound out of one earphone. Definitely not the headphones because it was the same when I tried another pair. Anyone recommend a good place to get it repaired? Quite a few sites on the internet but wondering whether anyone has used any of them? Also any places in london as I work there, thinking tottenham court road could be my best bet?
i found one just googling think they were based notting hill ish
but being cheap i bought a replacement jack from ebay for a fiver
and using youtube video guide i fixed it myself was piece of p!ss really u just need patience and a wee screwdriver
Take it to an Apple store. There's a list of approved repair companies on their website too. Probably pricey though.
