Anyone order anything from Intrepid Apparel recently? If so, have you received your order?
I ordered a gilet based on a recommendation made to a post I made on this forum 3 weeks back. I got the usual email confirmations with the order complete email arriving 15/9.
Since then nothing. No gilet. No answer to my email. Phone rings through to voice mail. Left a VM without a response. Have tweeted them. Nothing.
Their FB & Twitter were both updated recently which is a good sign that they're still 'here' as it were, but that's certainly not good form.
Same happened with my order several weeks ago, no communication except for the automatic delivery confirmation. The order was delivered few days later than usual ordering times from any other internet shop.
Happy with vest and jerseys, fit well (slim) and they seem to be well made.
Emailing companies is a bit last year, get on twitter/fudbook, generally gets answered quicker.
Will try FB then as I've not had a response via Twitter and their feed doesn't look like it's been updated since April '12
So, I'll add no response on FB to my frustrating list of trying to contact Intrepid. P155po0r really.
Hmm... think it was my recommendation - mine arrived very quickly, no hassle at all, and it was the fourth or fifth time I've ordered from them
I ordered something a few weeks ago. No problems came in a reasonable timescale.
I ordered a t shirt and AM jersey on Friday and arrived today. AM jersey is a little on the tight size but apart from that all good.
My order has probably been lost in the post but it's IA's job to resolve once I've reported it to them. Unfortunately I'm unable to report it to them and have been trying on and off for over a week.
