So ive got a new (to me) frame which has internal routing for gears and brakes. The only videos I can see show how to replace the gears not installing when there is no cable currently in the frame.
Can anyone offer any words of wisdom or point me in the right direction as I can see it being a but of a git.
Got new outer and inner ready, presuming you dont thread outer all the way through and its just inner?
Its a Whyte 129 scr just for info.
