I have just purchased a new frame which has internally routed gear and brake fitment and have a couple of questions.
Presumably standard gear outer like any used in external application is okay for the job, there isn't specific outer etc that are better?
Presumably I can just attach new cable and outer to the shifter and feed it through to the rear end and reconnect to the mech.
Brakes
Would this work but just plug the end of the hose with something to ensure fluid doesn't escape?
