Are you saying that people who have internally routed cables are more prone to suicide or are you having a nightmare trying to thread some cable internally and now considering suicide? bit of a severe reaction if you are.

Removed the inner cable before threading something else through frame to guide or pull me cable? Oops.

Get a piece of string and suff loads in one hole, then using a hoover suck the string out the other. You can then use this to thread a cable through.

It's ok, I'm still alive.

Removed the inner cable before threading something else through frame to guide or pull me cable? Oops.

No - it's a case of no continuous outer through the frame, so you have to mess about trying to thread the inner through and try to hook it out of the hole at the other end.
