Worth giving yourself the once over when you come back from a ride to make sure you've not picked any of the blighters up.
Time to order a tick remover, I think.

I had suspected Lyme's after a ride in the Borders, and a mate had a confirmed case from the same location. I carry a tick remover now but yet to find one when on the bike, usually later at home!

Found a tick on the back of my leg the other day!
Those tick removers work really well.
