Tracer 275, and I have a Tracer 2! I haven't ridden one but my next big spend will be a frame of the dropouts to convert the T2 into a 275

Stupid question - is a T275 a T2 with the 650B dropout kit, or is it a completely new rear triangle?

Just spoke to Tweeks cycles & turning a T2 into a 650b lengthens the chainstay so I suppose a Tracer 275 is the answer. Its still just as expensive to turn a T2 into 650b as new forks & dropouts & wheel are the best part of £1800/2000.But new frame/forks/wheels is £3000.

And the improvement you'll notice in going from 26" to 27.5 is like, erm, definitely worth spending £3k on... 😕

I own a Tracer 2 and I really like it, but I get fed up with how long it takes to get any kind of spare for it – drop outs, bearings, etc. I don't know if it's Extra UK who are crap at stocking the spares or Intense who are bad at supplying them, but it's really frustrating.

If it was my cash I'd look at the SC Bronson.

Its a new rear triangle, the prototype was a t2 back end with different dropouts. The 275 is a longer back end with normal g1 dropouts I believe.
