Can anyone tell me what the differences are between these two... from what I can gather briefly searching the Spider2 is a 4 - 5.5ins travel bike designed to run 120-140mm fork and the Fro is 4ins travel bike designed for a 100mm fork. The Fro is the race version, shorter travel, slightly longer(?) top tube and a bit lighter...
Any other info /views on these bikes welcome... Im lightweight and usually ride hardtails, just spotted these whilst browsing and they look very nice and are probably quite pricey..
here's a pic of a Fro which I've nicked from Weightweenies (thanks!)

Spider2 has the VPP2 suspension and is a bigger alround bike, the FRO has the original VPP and is a much sharper lighter frameset. I like my FRO, but its not a bike that suffers fools gladly (if you know what I mean ).
I've got a 5.5 (more similar to the Spider). Its a lovely ride but a bit more forgiving than the FRO. The 5.5 is twitchy enough. I dread to think what would happen to me on the downhills riding a FRO.
