She's back from the powdercoaters, has new bearings and new decals.
You could say I'm happy with the result and no new bike required!

Yes, I know I need to cut the steerer (the TALAS are new too!)

I wouldn't feed that "peace lilly" baby bio, it'll take over your house and spend all your money on jive classes only to desert you for an aspidistra, the slags!

The powdercoat cost me £55 including shot blasting. They new to mask all pivot points and BB/HS. Decals £25.

Don't cut the steerer don't listen to others just don't do it. Think about selling the fork. I had the chance to buy the most bargainastic fork but steerer was to short 🙁

Dirtynap, I had to leave it with them for a week.
It also has a small gold flake in the laquer which you cannot really make out from the pic but it is metallic. I'll try to get some better daylight pics put up.

reason it was bargaintastic - because it had a short steerer??
