Anyone recommend mountain bike insurers?

for what?
General riding around (BC or CTC), or alps riding (Snow dog seemed decent to us but we didn't claim)

Z1ppy it's more for insurance against theft. Couple of insurers not keen to add my bike to the house insurance. Living in the Borders it's hardly Kabul !

If you're looking for house insurance that covers bikes try Amex or M&S
