I want to put one of those mud guards that sit between the sanchions on a set of forks. Made of a bit of innertube that ties at the top and bottom - you know the sort of thing.
Does anyone know where online I can find guide to making one. I made one a few years ago but it left a lot to be desired

cut inner tube to be tight- dh ones work well
put holes in corners
zip tie on, fiddle with it a bit

Or buy a neoguard. Neater, easier and not that expensive...

I've made a few of these, used pond liner rubber in the past, this ones a car innertube though. It's just velcro'd to the back of the brace and under the crown. Previous versions have been a bit longer and were pinned under the lower crown race but they weren't removable.
