Off up to inners for 3 days riding on 7th aug, looking for info on what trails to look for, steeper and more natural the better, also a gpx or list of trails for one of the ews rounds that took place there would be much appreciated.

Inners hass ome good bits (as in where the dh stuff is), golfie is great, yair too. Thornielee for steep stuff if the felling is done.
Watching with interest. Down for Adrenaline up lift on the 21st August and then just a day of riding trails on 22nd. Hopefully goes a little of the way towards making up for missing a trip to the Alps this summer.
