I've just had this wee note sent to me, would be appreciated if you could take heed and pass it on to anyone else that may be affected:

"Just a heads up if anybody knows anybody who's been riding the off-piste stuff near the current harvesting area, please tell them not to. The main trail causing problems is Pro-Spacker.

The actual trail isn't affected, however the fireroad back from it passes through the current harvesting area, and the harvester drivers are concerned about riders being in the area where they're working. They are currently working 7 days a week, so just because it's the weekend doesn't make it safe to ride.
Thankfully this has been kept quiet from the Forestry Commision, however if riders don't keep out the harvesting area, FC will be officially notified there is an issue, which will most likely lead to the trail being destroyed."

No shortage of other good off-piste stuff at innerleithen... Though, I must admit I did lol at "this has been kept quiet", except from all the internet stuff!

I think 'kept quiet' means the complaints from the drivers have not gone to FC officially.
