There must be outfits out there that aren't tied to a region, but organise and meet for events surely.
I'm surrounded by clubs, but the problem is they're either road or MTB specific which is fine as I ride and race both. However none are interested in cyclocross.
I know I don't need to be in a club as such, but I'm starting to feel a bit 'Billy no mates' when I turn up at races.
I'm pretty sure there was an internet club? but I can't think what they're called.

Shame no clubs attract crossers - my lot (Manchester Wheelers), though mainly road/TT focussed, also have a core of cross racers and a few people also race MTB.

If there aren't any road or MTB clubs nearby who have cross racers, where are your fellow cross competitors from?

A lot come up from the London League. You have the odd lone local club rider. Some migrate from other regions and some are from posh clubs that I'm not good enough to be in. And there are a couple of races in the LVRC that are local.

YACF ๐Ÿ˜€

I think i-team was the outfit I was thinking of, though they still look very road orientated?

Time to find someone top do you a custom jersey and shorts, so you look like a representative of the world's most attractive club. ๐Ÿ˜€

Doesn't sound ideal. Might be worth chatting to the other lone rangers, and seeing if they fancy putting anything together. Or encourage the road/MTB club to get into cross and then see if the other riders want to join.

We have members who only ride track - never see them do anything else, until photos of them in club kit pop up online.
