Just wanted to share an uncommonly good customer service experience...
I've been using Infinit for a while now as it seems to work for me, they had an offer on (buy one get one free); as both me and my missus use it and have separate accounts I ordered our custom formula for each of us from our separate accounts, but made the mistake of using the same Paypal account to buy.
This caused some issues with the system, and one of my orders was lost. When only one arrived I emailed their customer service to state I was missing and order, and was pretty disappointed as I thought I'd be getting 4 products for the price of 2.
Later on I got a phone call from the CEO to say that he'd sort it out for me, and low and behold the missing order arrived the next day.
Top service really, it's not often you get a call from the CEO to sort out a problem.
