Ilkley moor mud fest today, lesson learnt, should have known better. Will stay off it for now.

My best ever ride on Ilkley Moor was during a really hard frost. Bring on the cold weather ๐Ÿ™‚

Agreed. Seeing as we shouldn't really be on there at all, there's no point ploughing it up at the moment. As Simon said, roll on the sub-zero temps though...!

Yep, it's a complete mess, some paths have almost disappeared over the last couple of months, so bad I've not been on it for ages and I used to go all the time. It's going to be difficult for it to recover after just getting drenched all summer. Shame.

As above, not much point making it worse. Best wait for the hard frosts to come.
