..did yours come with bar plugs?
I ordered 3 pairs; only one pair came with bar plugs!

Wondered what the general consensus was before I release a rain of fire on them (By rain of fire, I mean politely worded email..)

they should be fitted with the bar plugs installed first according to the instructions.

difficult to do if you didn't get any 🙄

It's hard to justify an extra £9 for two bits of plastic though, regardless of how warm buying from Charlie can make you feel... 🙄

Two sets here, both came with bar ends, the ends were loose inside the package so you might have missed em,

[minor rant]

I've been a bit of a minor on one fanboi in the past and with the Mrs now getting into road biking I pointed her to On One to get some stuff for a 50 miler she was doing. So she buys a bunch of stuff on a Monday afternoon for the sportive on Sunday with "apparently" guaranteed delivery, arrives the following Tuesday.

She sent them a little email of complaint and was told in a badly written reply (!) she hadn't ordered on a Monday it was Wednesday so delivery the following tuesday was ok. Shame I've had positive experiences with OO in the past. Never again from her, shame OO were probably a contender for next year's summer bike purchase.

Are the chunky ones really chunky? And are the thin ones really then? What size do I need, think my thumb to little finger is about the size of a medium banana.

I ordered 2 chunky and one thin...
I'm a fan of thin grips, but the calluses on my hands are becoming ridiculous!
Any no, the thick ones aren't too thick...
