Shimano shoes tend to come up small in my experience. I always go up one European size - i.e. I'm a 45 in most shoes, so buy a 46 in Shimano shoes.

44 - based on I'm a 42 in 5:10's and anything else but a 43 in all shimano.

With any luck someone specifically your size can confirm that normally Shimano shoes come up a little small so go a full size up 🙂

FWIW, my better half is the same size in 5.10 impacts and AM41's
