a lot of folk on here have pooh hissed the idiet........i love it and it is still working.
4.5 stone weight loss here now...............but how the hell does it work?
today is my off day
bacon, black pudding and egg sanrnie for my breakie
2 slices of cheese on toast for dinner
8 pints of various bitter's mid afternoon to early evening
8'' pizza and jockeys for tea
cheese cake and cream now.

gotta be a win win eh?

I tried it for about 5 minutes before reverting to an off day, which I've continued since, 7 days a week.

Sadly I haven't lost any weight yet.

I should try harder really.

ian, down to 18 stone 8lb form 23 stone.
lost 4'' off the chest and nearly 6'' off the waist. and more importantly, riding the normal mtb now, not the leecy beast.

Good job ton! I lost around 2 stone but have lapsed recently...not biking isn't helping at the mo....been fasting once a week but gonna do it twice after reading that other thread

wow, amazing Ton - I find even a small weight loss makes a big difference especially when climbing so you must feel great out on the bike
