Anything you'd eat at any other time of the day.

This morning I had a pâté sandwich and a banana; clearly not iDave compatible, bit that's not my point.

That's surely a dinner?
gramm flour tortillas with bacon and chicken filling

More lunch, shirley?
black pudding with tomatos
grilled bacon with mushrooms

Now you're talking... if only I could have toast around it...

black pudding is pure protein with a small amount of animal fat.
is is what your body is designed to burn as fuel.

If your body is designed to run on blood and fat I rather fear you are a vampire 😕

I thought black pudding was full of oatmeal.

Black pudding does have a lot of oatmeal, which I don't think is on the 'official iDiet'. It's also very fatty, so shouldn't be having loads of it.

There's no reason it can't be vegan friendly, all you are really doing is cutting out foods high in glucose/fructose/simple sugars, and replacing them with pulses/vegetables/legumes. It doesn't have to involve loads of meat and eggs, they just dont fall outside the rules and some people choose to eat a lot of them.

Of course. The diet doesn't require you to eat lots of meat, you just can. The things you really need are vegetables and beans which, let's face it, you probably eat plenty of anyway.

Although you don't need it anyway!
