Olives are fine.

Honey is also fine if used in small quantities as a sweetener for sauces and things (i.e. don't go slathering it over stuff). If you google it there seems to be conflicting opinion over how much of an insulin spike honey causes. Certainly it will be less when eaten with other low IR foods than when eaten in isolation. Either way the nutritional/health benefits of honey outweigh any slight insulin response.

(YMMV and IMO of course but this is what I do & I am still steadily losing weight.)

I've read that honey is easily digestable/stored in the liver, good for when you are burning a lot of calories (I suspect not applicable here!)
