It was passed out via my workplace, so I thought I would share. Seems a good idea.

I'm not convinced that the QR code is ubiquitous enough to helpful quickly. Needs a suitable app, and internet connection, which is not guaranteed in the kind of places MTBers have accidents.
This one probably more use, albeit more expensive.
