Had a couple of weeks fairly hard training and my legs feel roasted ๐
Got a 25 mile TT on Sunday (1st of the year) and the weather is looking good.
When is the advised time to have an ice bath? Straight after hard training? Will I have any benefit now as I had a rest day yesterday?
And how long do you stay in for!!!
