[#1084517]

Having had the umpteenth appointment with a specialist it appears as if my knee injury may be worst than previously thought and I might have to have 9 months off the bike after the op and I have already been off the bike 5 months.

Even with the rain lashing down outside I just want to hit the singletrack and keep finding myself planning new bikes etc, at this rate I will have an ever growing stable of shiny bikes but no way of riding them.

I feel for you. Not been on a proper bike ride in weeks now with post-viral fatigue. Your problem puts mine into perspective I suppose. Main problem for me is I have no idea how long it's going to last.

JC, that's very very tough.
Keep the faith.
It will come.
Your time will come.

Thanks guys, hopefully when they do the first op things will look a lot better and it won't be nine months and hopefully I won't have to wait too long for the first op.

I might have to buy myself a nice new bike to ease myself back in gently.

And here's me moaning about not being able to ride for the last 3 weeks.

I know exactly what you mean, I've been off my feet for almost 6 weeks and I'm climbing the walls.
