[#5441444]

I've been through a few bikes over the years and, last year, got to buy a frame I've wanted for ages. Made a few upgrades lately and I finally think I'm done (apart from, maybe, a new rear shock).
Just added the last upgrade in the form of a KS Lev...
What do you reckon?

Neaten up the flower borders and treat the fence and shed, then post the pictures and ask opinions

Basic FAIL

I'm with WCA - the shed's a disgrace. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Nice bike. Can you bear to get it dirty, though? That bad boy's gleaming.

The shed is on the 'to do' list...honest!
@iolo: 5'11 but not got the seat right yet. Might be a tad high..
@camo: Off to North Wales this weekend to do Beyws/Coed/Antur so it'll probably get ruined. It's amazing the difference a bit of Autoglym does to the finish ๐Ÿ˜‰

Very nice too, what chainring is that? I want to 1*10 with my XT crank set but wasn't sure what ring to use without a device?

Wouldn't be my choice of pedal on a bike like that, but otherwise ace!

In addition to all the above the saddle doesn't match and your chain stay protector is a bit squiffy!

Spuds fine on any bike if you are a competent rider.

@timbo: it's a RaceFace Narrow/wide 30T and is brilliant.
@Captain: I've ridden spd's ever since they came out and don't feel safe on anything else..
@shortcut: yeah, saddle doesn't match but is very comfy. Was thinking about changing it but...I like it ๐Ÿ˜‰
Hadn't noticed the chainstay protector, will sort that..

Carex pendula in the top pic? Hateful grass, needs nukeing.

Why white cables rather than red (or black)?

The grass does need a hack. White cable as it's a Gore ride-on and was a bargain..

@the purist: Grass now gone..needed an axe to cut it out!! Looks much better without it there and there must've been 40 or 50 seedlings.. ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

Good work - but I'll bet you 5 English pounds that you'll still be pulling seedlings out long after you've changed your new bike for something even redder and shinier (and without white cables ๐Ÿ˜‰ )
