I've got a horrible creak which I think I have narrowed down to saddle.

I don't think its from the clamp around the rails, that seems nice and tight and roughly correct torque according to my torque wrench. I've even tried a bit of grip paste in between the rail and clamp interface and made no difference.

I think its coming from where the rails go into the saddle. Does this mean the rails have become un-bonded with the saddle? Any fix for this eg stick some epoxy in there? Or should send it back, I've had it about 8 months.

Its a SDG Bel air with Ti rails in case that helps ... ?

My saddle did this gave it good clean and put some lube in the junction between saddle and base, creak vanished.

Not sure about your saddle, but the rails usually slot into a plastic hole in the shell which holds the two together but allows the rails and the shell to flex independently.

so there's always some movement, usually it's done quietly. Maybe jet a load of GT85 or WD40 to clean out some rubbish, quieten it down a bit? Or some powdered graphite maybe (dry lube for locks)

I silenced mine with silicone grease when it did this.
