What do u mean by "lever". The shifter? Or the brake lever?
Mine came with the shifters. But not with the brake levers.
Sorry clarification as per Pembo - they come with the shifters not the brakes... You can get them seperately too.

Irritatingly I didn't get the A converter nuts with my speed Ispec B shifters (CRC so in OEM bags with just ispec B bolts) or my 11 speed Ispec B shifters (retail box with ispec B bolts and cable outers, ferrules etc).
I had 2 of the long nuts from an old set of ispec B shifters that did come with them for use on my two bikes (Aeris and C456) running Hope brakes but am converting a friends ispec A SLX braked bike to 1x11 when SLX M7000 comes out so will have to improvise, maybe a square weld nut will do or file a rivnut to fit.
Yeah brake levers.Had a look on line CRC want £20 for a pair!!!
