853 rust's believe me! 953 can start to colour if you let salt water stand on it.

Really? I thought 853 is just a variation alloy of cro mo and takes just more time to rust.
That new 9 series is quite resistant but I'll waxoyl my new frame when I get it in Nov.
I still want one a 853 frame. Wonder if it will come with a T-shirt...
