when I was syncing with my pc it shows that my i phone is full mainly due to the yellow bar " other " is taking all the space ! my iphone is full now so cant download movies from i tunes ! how do you delete some of this other file and what is it ?

Probably emails with attachments you have to delete your deleted items from your phone
