I haven’t really ridden in years and I’ve got the classic kenda blue groove with nevegal combo that I fitted when I built my intense 5.5 many years ago now.
I’m so out of touch, anyone recommend some tyres I can replace them with please? I run them tubeless, I ride cleated in xc and like peddling up hills so nothing draggy, terrain is mainly granite moorland.
Schwalbe Magic Mary front and Hans Dampf rear is a good combo. Both available in 26 from Merlin. If you haven’t bought tyres for 14 years you’re in for a shock with the prices..
The Nobby Nics on my son's bike do the trick and weren't too expensive.

Nparker im still in shock from Friday when I received the crc Black Friday sale email, I haven’t looked at prices for at least two years, 70quid for the same speed and spec cassette for my road bike I used to buy for 30! I fell off my chair!!
