I know that means it is integrated into the frame for a low stack height. It currently has Production Privee own brand in there - which seems to have no seals what so ever... hence everything is going rusty.
What alternatives are there out their?

You just have to know the bearing sizes, measure, read the existing bearings or simply check with the manufacturer as the top bearings have some subtle variants which are difficult to measure and not always obvious.
And coating them in marine spec grease helps!
