Topeak Mountain Morph.

Like a mini track pump. Makes such a difference when you're trying to inflate a big ol' tyre by the side if the trail.

Could use a better head though, you have to do that swap of the little rubber thingy to change from presta to schraeder.

Had mine for years and no problems.

Lezyne are really nice... But, not actually any better than a Mountain Morph or a Truflo Evolution, just miles more expensive and lovely to look at. My pump's in my camelbak not on my mantelpiece though.

Don't muck about with little ones... Get something with a hose, that'll go on the floor, with a good handle. Using direct-mounted pumps after that just feels ridiculous.

Mountain Morph Turbo.

Solid (except for the 'foot') and pretty damn rapid.

This one.

Mountain Morph. Big volume so pump up tyres really quickly, but because it's a mini track pump it's easy to use. cheap too, only about £18.

Never seen the point of any gauge on a mini pump... as they are no more accurate than squeezing the tyre 🙄 & are more to break/go wrong.

z1ppy, what's wrong with having the gauge......? I'd rather have it than not, even if it is an extra few grams 🙄

Hey your allowed to buy what you like G_R & if it's a Mtn Morph then it'll still be great, but my opinion is I that see no need for one.
I see them as extra stuff to go wrong, and there hardly (ever) accurate, and make a large pump more bulky.
Hence "squeeze the tyre", is it soft? Pump more air in....

Topeak Mountain Morph again.

Strange how often you here people in a group ask "Anyone got a good pump, 'cos mines a bit ****!"
Usually followed by "Oh that's more like it".

That's what I've done in the past as well Z1ppy, just thought I'd try and be a bit more scientific and note what pressures work better! Having said that forgot to take the morph on last ride 🙂

Slight hijack - has anyone got a broken Lezyne they could let me have for beer tokens? I had one on my road bike but the end cap that the hose screws into has unscrewed somehow and fallen off. Cheers
