A Scottish college is running the UK's only academic course in downhill biking.
hmmm. "Academic" and "downhill biking" in the same sentance?
I always thought it would be Audax and Jey-core-lite that covered the intellectual end of the game... ๐

Presumably its like any university/college course:
American studies = american histroy and literature
Motorsport = mech engineering + process engineering + accounting etc etc
I suspect downhill mountainbiking is in fact just PE with physics and maths.
