A titanium banana holder to keep them fresher longer 🙂
I'm looking forward to you producing some small solid stools..........
A matchmaker mount for a gravity dropper to attach to Hope Tech brake levers, please.
Quick release front rack in wood and steel, like a pdw or the one on the salsa fargo (is it the fargo?).
It would be cool when taking the bike to the shops, but easy to take off round the singletrack
I dunno about the internal workings. But it looked like a big shiny aluminium box on wheels with a lever on the front. with some holes drilled in it or something: Can you make me a Mr Whippy Ice cream machine like in the chippy in Betws-Y-coed. You just stuff Ice cream in the top and it comes out "whippy" right? Easy!
Bearing insertion and removal tools would be good
a conversion to a QR bolt thru thingy for my manitou minutes, currently hex-lock (or whatever the 5 bolt proceedure, which interferes with the disc rotor is called..)
Metal work & Wood work, mmmm, make me a gun!
Failing that can you make me a qr seat clamp that works please.
Lowered footpegs for various motorbikes has a market which only Buell appear to cater for.
Check out any of the sportsbike/touring forums and there are always people crying out for a decent set eg. HERE and HERE
Edit: they are around £50-£65 a set in the UK
Now that Chris Bell at Highpath seems to have given up making custom chainrings there might be a gap in the market ( or maybe no market?) for custom chain rings.
Or dropouts , if you have a flair for design.

superlight titanium front rack that attaches to bike like steerer spacers do under stem and support dry bags with straps for bivy adventurers?
I've two mates who have small workshops like yours.
Mate1 works in F1 and does a lot of the smaller (TeamNames protected due to snob factor) machining and proto stuff in all sorts of materials, he seems to do quite well.
Mate2 designs stuff for Endurance 4x4's (Dakar etc.) and is always looking for one off bits and bobs machined etc. He's just taken up a contract for designing anti climb apparatus for shipping that goes through Somali Waters/South China Sea's, he's doing quite well too.
If you find a niche I think you'll do rather well..
Bank Loans.. Hmmm well since Banks aren't making money from Retail anymore they're actively chasing SME's and StartUp's all over again.
Do you have the required kit and know how to use it? Assuming that you do know how to use what have you got and what can you do I may be able to put some work your way.
If you think that you run a business with no manufacturing experiance then give up now it is not a nice place.
If you have the kit and can do the job mail me your details please at pgodwin@calidusengineering.com
Ohh if you want a job as a toolroom machinist I am looking for one of those as well £24000 per year based in Cornwall but you have to be good.
