On only my 4th ride since I finished my cancer treatment.
OK it was downhill and Strava says I only used 1 watt of power but a KOM is still a KOM 😆

54 mph - I assume that's a tuck rather than a pedal 😯

Congrats, you have more KoM than me

I've given you kudos. Steep old hill that one ! Takes a bit of bottle to keep of the brakes and let it run.
But being a cancer survivor perhaps you've lost that fear of death. 😉

I think he had cancer of the fear and had it removed.

But in all seriousness nice one fella, that's gotta feel pretty good. You have earned a beer right there!

I'd love a beer, but the radiotherapy's killed off my taste buds (hopefully only temporarily) so at the moment it would just be a waste. 😥

The tastebuds will return.

In the meantime, you must remind them of how things used to be.

Very, very well done!

I got one today as well, unfortunately it's a duplicate that someone's created, I'll let it lie for a day then report it as a duplicate.

😯 Whoooa. That's a shocker.
Glad you're on the mend. We'll have to drop down and get out for a pedal with you again soon. 😀

I just got an email saying I lost a KOM I didn't know I had on a trail I can't quite place from the map and certainly didn't know was a segment.

What fun.

Our group ride from last night shows at least 4 of us having overall 9th on an XC trail, today I'm 12th. I think I was 9th for a while because I get home first and upload before the (faster) others are in.

& PRs are falling like nine pins because these are the first properly dry conditions for 15 months, and lots of us have bought 29ers in the meantime

In fact I never was 9th in real time because one of the guys who was faster than me finished a couple of seconds before me.

Strava can't know that as it's not updated in real time. But it ought to be able to strip me of a result it turns out I never had.

Congrats Dibbs.

I got one last night, only to find that I'm actually joint fastest.

Most unsatisfactory. There can be only one true KOM.

Nah, at the time you uploaded you were 9th, whats the point going back and removing things. I like to look back on old rides and see what i achieved at the time, gives you motivation to go do it again.
