I paid 2750 for the bike, and 150 for the pedals, dry miles only.
I suppose the main question is, better off splitting up or selling as a whole?

Split it and you'd probably get your money back on bikeradar or ebay.

I think splitting would be the best way. those wheels go for 550 on ebay for starters...
