Got all the singlespeed ingredients apart from the bloody spacers.
I don't want to have to buy a kit.
Are they special? Why don't I have any in the bike room? Where can I get some.

That answers the question but doesn't save me £13.

Old cassettes can be butchered for their spacers.
And Bottom bracket spacers are the same diameter.

It's just a couple of spacers. Can you not cut them off a bit of scaffolding?
