That novatec one looks very similar but not sure if the Stans/Halo/Planet X Rattlesnake hubs are novatecs?

As for your quandary what did hope say? Surely they’d help you out or supply one - buying one off the shelf would surely be less than machining a one off.

I phoned Hope who said they don't supply the tools or ratchet rings and cannot help. The Pro 2s are old and they want to sell the newer stuff.

I contacted the Bdop people too who said their tool is for 27 tooth so won't fit Hope also not sure of dimensions.

Have you contacted Ison Distribution re your Halos? I've found them quite helpful.

I've a friend with a CNC machine and I'm a product designer so having something made is a possibility for me.
