Hello,
As per the title really,
Can you interchange a HTII road for a Mountain bike bottom bracket (and vice versa) - i.e., are the internal diameters of the bearings the same size?

yes, but the road ones have shallower threads and don't come with spacers.

spoon - shallow threads work for me... and I have spacers! cheers
